Your Pillow Could be Ruining your Skin

Women suffer from skin irritations. Nutrition is well-chosen, life-work balance, beauty creams, all dialed in. Problem: Most women don’t know that their skin can be attacked by their bedding. Yes, that’s true. Pillows and Bedding have a lifetime and should be replaced regularly to ensure comfort and healthy skincare habits for you! Dr. Oz has said “even the best pillow will cause problems if it’s over two years old.” We at Pillow Brothers want you to know this too! Our pillows are made of 100% natural materials like wool (not wool blends) which means no synthetic material or chemicals will ever touch your skin. We do not conduct animal cruelty either! Our pillows are Vegan-friendly. This is not to say other pillows are bad, because they’re made in China or South America it might affect how you feel when you wake up.

The Pillow Brothers Story

We were raised in a family of entrepreneurs and small business owners. We have a great appreciation for the workmanship, design and function of handmade goods. We started making pillows in college just for fun and friends seemed to enjoy them. Little did we know that this little project would become our life passion.

Our mission is to provide quality products that are well-designed and multifunctional at an affordable price.

How to Sleep Comfortably Even If You’re A Side Sleeper, Stomach Sleeper or Back Sleeper Sleeping On Your Side

It is best for your neck to sleep on your side with a pillow between the legs. Many pillows sold today promote this position but the problem lies in the pillow itself. Most pillows are too thick and do not support the spine in this position.

Side sleeping is ok if you have a good neck pillow! Many people sleep on their sides either because they are pregnant or have back pain. If you have neck or shoulder pain, then your pillow needs to be at least 6 inches thick for proper neck alignment. Side Sleeping On The Stomach

If you are an avid stomach sleeper , it’s best to sleep without a pillow. If you want to make sure your head and neck is in the proper alignment, we suggest placing a soft cloth folded over several times under your neck. Back Sleeping With A Pillow

It is best for people who sleep on their backs and suffer from snoring to use a thin, medium height pillow. Side sleeping with a pillow makes it difficult for air to get in and out of the source of snoring – your throat! Once You Find The Right Pillow

Once you find the right combination of pillows, your body will thank you by giving you a restful night’s sleep. We at Pillow Brothers care about you and your health. We’ve heard so many stories of people’s lives being saved by our pillows, we want to repeat that phenomenon over and over for everyone!
